that has a combined sales experience of over 50 years, is now expanding their team seeking a Domestic experienced Sales Manager to add to our team of world-class professionals.

The ideal candidate will be driven with a desire to train and develop future leaders with a commitment to providing outstanding service!

Internet Sales Management background HIGHLY PREFERRED!

We are currently looking for driven, dedicated individual that is excited at the opportunity to join a successful team.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
  • Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
  • Desk deals, track gross logs and RDR cars
  • Work with used car managers on appraisals and lease returns
  • Prior sales leadership – 3-4yrs of dealership experience required
  • Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, locates)
  • Must understand inventory control – 60 day turn policy
  • Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
  • Deal with local and national vendors and manufacturer representatives
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
