Responsibilities and Qualifications

What are the responsibilities and qualifications for the role?

  • Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Hare selling process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives
  • Answer inbound sales calls and respond to Internet inquiries
  • Meet daily outbound phone and email quota
  • Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
  • Attend sales & product knowledge meetings 
  • Training will be provided
  • Motivation to be successful
  • Great customer service skills
  • Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, Eleads, Autotrader)
  • Prior sales or retail experience a plus
  • Maintain professional business attire and appearance
  • Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
