Job Description

Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Photographers primary responsibility is to take photo's of all of the dealership's vehicle inventory and ensure they are professionally represented and uploaded online for sale. 

  • Take photos of vehicles and trade-in's each month (volume of inventory varies daily and by dealership)
  • Set up display area and backdrop to take photos of vehicles
  • Edit vehicle photo’s utilizing Adobe Photoshop and other photo editing software, etc.
  • Upload photos to Netlook (automotive software system), add tag-lines and all appropriate vehicle information in content section
  • Responsible for making sure dealer website and third party websites have photos of all vehicles listed on-line with tag-lines (written description)
  • Merchandise all vehicles and make sure all vehicles are tagged with buyers orders and correct warranty options
  • Must have advanced computer skills and have an understanding on how to operate photoshop software (Adobe, etc.)
  • Must have an understanding of internet merchandise software
  • Normal work hours will be Monday through Friday from 9-5
  • Must have own camera equipment (High End 35mm SLR Camera)
  • Minimum 3 years of verifiable professional photography experience – portfolio or work samples will be requested 
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Journalism, Business or a related field
  • Must be able to pass pre-employments screens (background & drug test)
  • Have a valid Driver’s License
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
