Corporate Development & Purchasing Analyst!

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Analyze and report on purchasing metrics, creating standard and ad hoc reports
  • Monitor billing, compliance and usage
  • Liaison between vendor partners and company/departments
  • Evaluate for new opportunities and assist with assessing suppliers proposals, costs and products/services
  • Requisition and invoice management
  • Administration of national travel and expense programs, Concur, Travel Inc, American Express
  • Capital Expenditure system administration, Ecteon
  • Draft and coordinate monthly rent payments, monitor rent increases and lease options
  • Track and pay real estate property tax
  • Maintain and track capital expense logs
  • Manage the Real Estate database system
  • Support team with dealership acquisitions/divestitures
  • Maintain and update vendor database and contact information
  • Aid in organization of various charitable, company events and meetings
  • Strong problem solving abilities and multitasking skills
  • Must work well in a team setting to reach organizational goals as well as on your own with minimal supervision
  • Experience with Ecteon, Concur, Travel Inc and American Express a plus! 
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
