High Volume Ford Dealer Now Seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Professional! 

Coggin Ford of Jacksonville, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group (NYSE:ABG), a fortune 500 public automotive retailer with 81 retail locations and 96 franchises is currently seeking an Experienced Fleet Sales Associates!

The ideal candidate will have previous Automotive Sales experience, be accustomed to working in a fast paced environment with a high volume of customers!

   Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Developing prospects for potential fleet business.
  • Cold calling prospects to build relationships and determine vehicle needs for their business.
  • Visits to local businesses to build relationships
  • Following-up as needed prospects to develop fleet accounts
  • Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customer needs. 
  • Creating a great vehicle delivery experience for the customer.
  • Setting and achieving targeted sales goals. 
  • Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
  • Transition customers to the service department to support their ownership experience.
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience, organizational and negotiation/closing skills.
  • Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives
  • Answer inbound sales calls and respond to Internet inquiries
  • Meet daily outbound phone and email quota
  • Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
  • Attend sales & product knowledge meetings 
  • Training will be provided
  • Motivation to be successful
  • Great customer service skills
  • Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, Eleads, Autotrader)
  • Prior sales or retail experience a plus
  • Maintain professional business attire and appearance
  • Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
