Responsibilities and Qualifications

Essential Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Examines vehicle purchase and sales contracts to assure conformity to specified requirements
  • Verifies all documents are signed and completed properly
  • Maintains customer satisfaction at or above company standards
  • Processes paperwork on a timely basis
  • Post new and used deals to accounting books and verify accuracy of postings 
  • Issue checks for lien payoffs, vehicle purchases and dealer trades and submit to appropriate party
  • Reconcile schedules

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment required
  • Automotive accounting or CDK/ADP experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communicator
  • Team-oriented and comfortable in an open office
  • Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
  • Knowledge of vehicle title processing
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
